In the spring of 2005, a small group of believers began meeting for weekly inductive bible studies led by Kevin King. This group continued to persevere in the scriptures, growing together in unity and in faith. After witnessing the power of the Word of God through the Holy Spirit to change people’s lives, Kevin King became passionate about preaching, teaching, and counseling from the Word of God. Kevin’s passion for shepherding was fueled after attending the 2008 Shepherd’s Conference in California and the 2008 Desiring God Conference in Minneapolis, MN. After diligently seeking God’s heart through much prayer, Kevin felt led to pastor and establish the ministry, naming it Bethel Bible Church. Bethel Bible’s first church service took place on October 19th, 2008 in Kevin’s basement.
